The good thing about charisma is that it's a soft skill that's super valuable in communication.

It helps us build rapport, attract opportunities, and live more fulfilling lives.

• Laugh and smile often
• Comfortable in their own skin — flaws and all

Talented speakers are the same. 

Before a presentation, the audience is secretly rooting for a great speaker. They want a lively, informative, and charismatic presentation.

I can’t imagine many people thinking: “I hope this presenter is monotone and boring. I hope the PowerPoint deck is overpacked with words and text. I hope they hide behind the podium and read from index cards.” 

Of course not. The audience wants to be delighted. 

Still, personality and charisma will only take you so far. 

In business, speakers must first know the ins and outs of getting booked. That way you can share — and monetize — your magnetism and knowledge. 

Entrepreneurs, coaches, and business professionals who are paid speakers know one thing.

First, you've got to find the right contacts who can book you.

Then your speaking (online or onstage) becomes an easy and fulfilling part of your marketing strategy.
