To accommodate global time zones, we begin each day at 11:00 AM EST on Zoom. (Time Zone Converter – Savvy Time) 

Participants have access to all module recordings and the Communication Vault for 9 days from our start date.

There are small group breakout rooms, activities, hot seat coaching, and custom 3-step action plans for each module. This ensures a step-by-step roadmap with accountability and maximum learning! 

DAY 1-SAMPLE SCHEDULE; EACH DAY FOLLOWS THIS TIME FRAME:

Module 1- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM- “Adapting to Human-to-Human Communication in A/E/C.”

Break 1- 12:30 PM – 12:45 PM

Module 2- 12:45 PM – 2:00 PM- “Maximizing the Power of Questions and the Art of Listening.”

Break 2 – 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM (meal)

Module 3- 2:45 PM – 4:15 PM- “Strategic Networking for More Connections, Referrals, and Profits.”

Break 3 – 4:15 PM – 4:30 PM

Module 4 – 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM – Final Q&A, hot seat coaching, action plans, and wrap-up.

Our final day includes review for the online Assessment and Top Tier Communicator Badge! 

Enrollment includes a one-time administration of the online Assessment to earn the TTC Digital Badge.

The Assessment must be taken within 9 calendar days from the start of TTC. 

Access it online in the portal at your convenience!

And no worries.

We’ll spend part of our final class reviewing and preparing for it. 

Those who are engaged and show up ready to learn typically take 15 minutes to complete the Assessment.

We recommend taking the Assessment right after our final module so the information is fresh in your mind.

Students have 9 calendar days from the start of TTC to take the Assessment. 

• To pass, students must correctly answer 28 of 40 questions.
• Results are delivered immediately and those who pass can download their digital TTC Badge.
• Posting your TTC Badge on LinkedIn and other social media brings instant credibility. It shows prospects and clients a commitment to being an Articulate, Engaging, and Confident (AEC!) communicator who reduces reworks, improves productivity, and avoids misunderstandings with teams.

For those retaking the Assessment, there is a $150.00 USD non-refundable fee, per test.

Two re-takes per student are permitted before re-enrollment in the training is recommended.   

All retakes must be scheduled within 30 calendar days.
